How we cook
All our spits are full stainless
steel units. The spits are gas operated to braai
indoors and outdoors. Infra-red burners are used
to maximise cooking time and this ensures that the meat
is cooked right through.
The entire process is
also completely smokeless. The spit has its own
drip tray to ensure no mess and no fuss.
and some of the starters are served directly from the
spit to ensure that your food is served warm.
